Privacy

This notice describes how we process the personal data of people who visit dev.m4rf.it (“the Site”) and of people who contact us. It is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian data protection law. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

1. Data controller

The data controller is M4RF (formerly MarfCode), VAT IT02477650507, based in Pisa (PI), Italy. For any request about your data, write to ciao@m4rf.it.

2. What data we collect

Browsing data

The systems that run the Site collect some data whose transmission is implicit in using the Internet: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, access times. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes this data to serve the pages and protect them from abuse.

Typefaces

The Site’s typefaces are hosted on our own servers: loading them involves no connection to third-party services.

Data you give us

If you email us or fill in the free review form, we process the data you provide: name, email, website (if you give one), what you need and your message. We use it only to answer your request.

The Site uses no analytics tools and no profiling cookies. See the cookie policy.

3. How we handle review requests

Requests sent through the form go through our automation system (n8n) and are saved in the CRM we use to follow up contacts (Notion). To prepare the review, the system visits the website you give us and drafts a reply with the help of an artificial intelligence model; the reply is always read and sent by a person. We receive an internal notification on our work channel (Discord), with only your name and a link to the request.

5. Who we share data with

Data is processed by us and by the suppliers who help us run the Site and handle requests, appointed as processors: Cloudflare (hosting), the provider of the server running n8n, Notion (CRM), the artificial intelligence model provider and Discord (internal notifications). Some of these suppliers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

Browsing data for as long as strictly necessary to run the Site. Request data for as long as needed to answer and, if you don’t become a client, no longer than 12 months from receipt.

7. Your rights

At any time you can:

• access your data;
• ask for it to be corrected or deleted;
• ask for processing to be restricted;
• object to processing;
• ask for data portability;
• withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise them, write to ciao@m4rf.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this notice. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
